1.1. SaferHood AI operates on a subscription model. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you authorize recurring billing until canceled.

1.2. Billing cycles (monthly, yearly, or otherwise) are specified at checkout.

1.3. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

1.4. If payment is declined, SaferHood AI may suspend or terminate access until the payment issue is resolved.

2.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

2.2. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

2.3. SaferHood AI does not issue refunds, partial credits, or pro-rated reimbursements for canceled subscriptions or unused time. All fees are final.

3.1. All reports, insights, and analytics are automatically generated using algorithms and AI models.

3.2. Reports are not manually reviewed unless explicitly stated.

3.3. Risk scores, forecasts, safety ratings, health access scores, school ratings, and other metrics are predictive and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

4.1. While we aim to provide accurate and reliable information, SaferHood AI does not guarantee the completeness, availability, or precision of any data or analysis.

4.2. Data coverage and accuracy may vary between regions; some areas may have limited or outdated information.

4.3. System-wide data improvements or model corrections apply to future reports and dashboards; previously generated reports are not individually modified.

5.1. Reports and dashboards are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for financial, legal, housing, or safety decisions.

5.2. SaferHood AI does not provide legal, real estate, or financial advice.

5.3. You are solely responsible for decisions or actions taken based on the information provided.

6.1. An active account is required to access subscriptions, reports, and dashboards.

6.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

6.3. Account sharing, resale of access, bulk exporting, scraping, or unauthorized distribution of reports is strictly prohibited.

7.1. All reports, software, algorithms, visuals, data structures, dashboards, and materials are the exclusive property of SaferHood AI.

7.2. You may use reports for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have a separate commercial license with SaferHood AI.

7.3. Copying, reselling, redistributing, scraping, or publishing content without written consent is prohibited.

8.1. SaferHood AI aims to provide continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

8.2. Features, pricing, prediction models, and interface functionality may change at any time.

8.3. SaferHood AI may limit or discontinue certain features or data access as the platform evolves.

9.1. SaferHood AI may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, misuse of data, or attempts to reverse-engineer the platform.

9.2. Upon termination, access to all reports and services will be revoked immediately. No refunds will be issued.

10.1. SaferHood AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

10.2. Use of reports and data is at your own risk.

10.3. Where limitation of liability is restricted by law, SaferHood AI’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 3 months.

11.1. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information (such as account details, report searches, and preferences) as described in our Privacy Policy.

11.2. SaferHood AI does not sell personal user information.

11.3. Updates to the Privacy Policy will be posted on our website. Continued use signifies acceptance.

SaferHood AI may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately when posted. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
